Please Important Note: We provide electricity allowance for 5kw per day included in your price that’s the reason we can price our apartments this low. Excessive or wasteful usage will be billed at cost after your stay or if longer stay if units prepaid are depleted you will purchase and refill by your self since electricity is pre paid in Tanzania.

Electricity Policy
To ensure a smooth start to your stay, we provide 10 kWh per day for short stays less than 6 days and 140 kWh of electricity for long stay guests upon check-in. This amount typically covers the initial days of your visit. Once the provided units are used up, guests are responsible for purchasing additional electricity as needed. Refilling is simple, and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process if you need assistance.
